The following order of preference is posted over here for the stakeholders to discuss and to mitigate the controversy on the ICT issue.
1. The extreme compassionate cases in which the physical presence of concerned officer is required at their home/near to home due to the dire circumstances prevailing at their home.
2. Spouse Ground cases in which spouse’s transfer is not possible. (Supported by DOPT letter NO. F.No. 28034/9/2009 Estt.(A) dated 30.09. 2009)
3. The cases of differently abled (PH) officers.
4. Seniority of the officers.
5. Officers applying for IZT to the zone other than their home town zone.
